Regularly monitor and report on metrics such as cycle time, lead time, efficiency, OEE, Scrap and customer satisfaction. - Guide teams and collaborators in embracing and implementing Agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks. - Ensure alignment with principles and values de la empresa. - Support management by driving a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
