We are looking for Production Supervisor to join our Juarez Team.**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**Under indirect supervision, it coordinates and supervises the activities of the production collaborators in charge of manufacturing the different products that they build in the assigned areas.It focuses on maintaining and/or increasing standards according to the metrics established in the organization.Prepares and performs the shift change, giving feedback and giving status of the process (production orders, sales, materials, quality, safety, order and cleaning among.**Project**:Supervisor have to scheduled and/or plan the daily work, have to establish the priority and the order based on the production orders released.**Direct**:It includes the delegation of authority and decision-making, which implies that the supervisor must maintain good human relations with collaborators and in general with support departments, making sure that instructions are clear, specific, and complete.**Develop**:It has the responsibility to constantly improve its staff, developing their skills at work, studying and analyzing work methods and developing training plans for new and old staff, thus raising the efficiency levels of their employees, motivate them to work, increase job satisfaction and achieve high quality work, likewise, it can achieve better productivity.**Control**:Create awareness in all its collaborators so that each one of them are the own controllers of their management, acting then the supervisor as a conciliator of all the proposed objectives.
