As an Income Audit & Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will report to the Shared Services Office Sr. Finance Manager. We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member's career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTYour role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.What your day-to-day will be like:Provide support to Hotels in regard to Income Audit and Accounts Receivable accounting (specifically to Focused Service Hotels).Be the main contact of Hotels' Finance Teams and General Managers regarding Income Audit and Accounts Receivable accounting matters.How you will collaborate with others:Support Hotels by providing a task force (if needed) in Income Audit and Accounts Receivable accounting matters.What deliverables you will take ownership of:Onboard new Hotels' Finance Team Members (specifically in Income Audit and Accounts Receivable in Focused Service Hotels) and ensure they are trained and guided.Increase and be the main contact of current Corporate Credit lines.Follow up and ensure collection of Corporate Credit lines.Ensure Corporate Credit lines are approved by Management.Support Hotels in Balance Sheet accounts monthly reconciliations.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:Three (3) years of related work experience
