Monitors individual and team performance and takes corrective action including discipline, as needed and responds to complaints to insure the Company and employees adhere to policies, practices, procedures and work rules.:Supervises wage employees counting parts within a unit or units to ensure all parts are counted during the audit cycle.:Oversees inventory audits for individual departments and/or entire units and reports findings with correctiveaction in order to detail process improvements.
