**We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to be part of our team in San Luis Potosí.**
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety standard and ensure zero client complains.
- Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs other tasks as may be requested to assure the effective and continuous utilization of assets.

**This job might be four you if you fit the following requirements**:

- **
Minimum 4 years experience in similar position in automotive industry (personnel management and training, serial production in high volumen, lean manufacturing, quality control) with strong experience in welding processes (MAG, MIG) and assembly.**:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related
- Capacity for problems solving and analysis (8D's, Ishikawa, etc.), leadership and good communication skills.
- Intermediate English
