Participate as needed in negotiations for new contracts, resolution of operational, financial or marketing issues, and overall business growth for both licensee and DPW.Creating and editing publishing plans around licenses.Monitoring industry trends in publishing as well as the children's retail market to create innovative book formats.Executing Disney Publishing strategy and goals.Owning all aspects of the editorial and content development process including review and approval of publishing submissions.Directly managing publishing licensees to develop product assortment and execute closely curated publishing plans that reflect consumer trends, product innovation, brand and franchise initiatives and support key strategies.Supporting the management of the content creative needs and budget.What we need from you to be part of this story:Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business innovation or related field.3-5 years at product management, licensing or commercialization areas.Preferred Industries: Publishing / Licensing (previous experience in Publishing and/or Licensing industry).Advanced level of English is required.Full capabilities in administration & control, good verbal and communication skills, teamwork, excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, versatile, positive and with proactive and change driven attitude.Additional information:At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
