Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Supervisor Leader assures a general NulRel strategy with all value streams with a focus on result orientation and continuous improvement.Conducts meetings with value stream as well as with production supervisors to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met.Maintains the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule to improve NulRel.Supports and strives towards safety in all facets of the manufacturing facility.Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production leveling schedule by line per shift, ensuring product quality requirements as per control plan.Qualifications3 - 5 Years of Experience in Manufacturing OperationsBasic knowledge of Movement and TimeUnderstanding of ErgonomicsFamiliarity with Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, etc.)Awareness of Customer RequirementsStrong moderation and communication/negotiation skillsAbility to handle people effectivelyProficient in inductive and deductive reasoningLeadership skillsConflict Management capabilitiesDegree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electronic EngineeringAdditional Information#J-18808-Ljbffr
