Selects and develops employees to ensure an effective maintenance team is in place. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Provides technical guidance and review of assignment progress. May repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. May diagnose complex mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. May inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.Qualifications:Requires bachelor degree in engineering or related.Requires at least 5 years related experience.Expert knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Expert knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures.Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, blueprints, drawings, and models.Excellent ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 lbs.Able to provide training and work leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
