Supervisor, Maintenance - I

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Keep the production machines in optimal conditions
2. Lead the team of maintenance technicians to respond in a timely manner to the maintenance needs of the production machinery
3. Actively participate in the training of new staff
4. Monitor the compliance of the ranges of TPM in each of the operations, and maintain controlled and updated said ranges
5. Promote and propely utilize the systems, procedures and practices described in the systems of quality, environment and safety.
6. Preparation of requisitions for all personnel assigned area.
7. Participation and evaluation of failures presented on different machines.
8. Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.
9. Complies with ISO 14001 according to FTM-EHS-12. Matrix of Roles Responsibility and Authority.
