RESPONSABILITIES:
Customer demand plan long term
Long term production planning
Manage, train and coach Schedulers
Organize Continuous Improvement Activities
Schedule attainment of production planning
Inventory management: accuracy, right safely stock, risk management
Monitor special freight costs, root cause analyses, preventive actions to avoid reoccurrence
Monitor standardized work of schedulers (eg. BCAQ usage, delivery performance)
Communicate issues in planning, supply to involved department
Coordination of engineering changes, launches, phase out, spare parts
Follow up customer's portals and requirements
Participate in regional scheduler's network
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
University Degree with focus on production and logistic is desired
Experience in the automotive sector at least 5 years
Work experience in production planning is needed
Minimum of 3 years work experience as Scheduler, Supply chain management, Inventory Management, Forecast trends y Safety stocks management
Experience with SAP CDP-MM-PP
English Advanced language skills are needed
Knowledge on APICS
Working with customer and suppliers from outside home country
Knowledge and utilization of statistical tools (SPC, Six Sigma, etc.), Decision making and solve problems tools (A3, 8Ds)
Demand variances allowed under customer's contract
Excel advanced skills.
