Dedicated to sustainability and creating comfortable, healthier environments for our residential and commercial customers while reducing their carbon footprint, we lead the field in innovation with our cooling, heating, indoor air quality, and refrigeration systems.**Job Description**: Responsibilities:- Supervise kitting process in plant.- Implement inventory controls and cycle counts.- Define inventory policies in supermarkets (min and max).- Deliver components to assembly line JIS/JIT.- Create work instructions for kitting process.- Analyse discrepancies report, create a root cause analysis and develop action plan.- Design tugger routes to deliver components.- Propose improvement actions to avoid inventory discrepancies.- Analyse inventory levels, production rate and product demand to determine reorder levels to ensure material availability and minimize inventory costs.- Design and implement supermarket layout.- Responsible of material flow from supermarkets to assembly lines.Qualifications:**Requirements**:Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Strong analytical skills and inventory processes knowledge. Must be effective in prioritizing activities and addressing details. Must have strong organization and problem-solving skills (PDCA, 8 D´s, Ishikawa, Pareto). Strong knowledge in kitting process (JIS and JIT systems). Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge in SAP (MM and WM). Able to use MS, Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge in Lean manufacturing or WCM.
