JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Coaching and development of the Maintenance SDT Promote a safety environment of maintenance activities Assure the completion of the mechanical maintenance program Promote the improvement of the performance in the mechanical equipment in the plant Supervise Mechanical Maintenance activities Assure availability of equipment spares Analyze Inspection, PM and PdM Reports and initiate corrective action when required. Participate or lead complex RCA's/ FMEA's and implement associated actions. SAP Maintenance process management (PM Services) Work Orders release Materials and services requisitions Time sheet approval MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Mechanical Engineer Degree 3-5 years' experience in Petrochemical Plant Environment with focus on operations, maintenance and capital improvements. Demonstrated experience with equipment inspection technologies and applications.
