**Horario de Trabajo: De Jueves a Lunes. 7 PM a 3 AM, descansos Martes y Miercoles. Con disponibilidad de cambios para sábados y Domingos**
**Ubicacion de Trabajo: Parque Industrial Benito Juarez, Queretaro.**
**Primary purpose of the position**:
**Essential Responsible Areas**:
- Transportation
- Warehousing
- RCA for claims and accidents
**Region Specific Responsible Areas**:
1. Programming, Coordination and Monitoring of national and export shipments. Coordinates the logistics of distribution of the product from the exit of the plant to the reception with the client.
2. Ensure efficient transportation for shipments of aluminum cans and ends to customers, ensuring compliance with clients and avoiding claims for late deliveries, inventory discrepancies or product damage.
3. Maintain a close relationship and coordination with the Logistics Specialist to ensure shipments go out on time.
4. Ensure order, housekeeping and inventory record accuracy of the Finished Product Warehouse through leadership and culture of good Warehousing and Distribution practices and the involvement of the personnel under their charge in the preparation of Cyclical Counts.
5. Make monthly graphs of staff performance, program shipments report, transport performance, discrepancies and NO compliance received from customers.
6. Ensure safety conditions in transportation, in the Finished Product Warehouse, Shipping Area, Packaging and Shipment Warehouse, all this to ensure good results in Safety, Security, ISO Audits, Customer visits, etc.
7. Participation in the meetings inherent to the department.
8. Preparation and review of policies and procedures for the Shipping area, billing.
9. Review of production (system vs physical).
10. Supervision of Forklift Operators in their activities
11.Reponsible of PEPS control report and ensure PEPS in the loads program.
12. Responsible for good conditions of the forklift truks, office, foklift computing equipment, and avoiding damage.
13. Participation in work teams for continuous improvement.
15. Conduct planned inspections
16. Ensure the correction of deficient (unsafe) conditions and acts detected in their area of responsibility.
17. Verify compliance with internal Safety, Health and Environment regulations (use of E.P.P., general work regulations and specialized work regulations).
18. Comply with government safety and environmental regulations in your area of responsibility.
19. Actively participate in all actions defined in the Loss Control performance standards for your position.
20. Report on any product that does not comply with the guidelines of the Quality Assurance and Food Safety system.
21. Stop the activity carried out by a service provider if the safety of the products is put at risk.
22. Has responsibility for reporting SACIA-related problems to members of the food safety team.
