Promover y garantizar la seguridad de cada miembro del equipo de trabajo, de acuerdo con las políticas de EH&S.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción.
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del programa de acuerdo con los requerimientos de planeación.
- Optimizar recursos para cumplir con el plan de producción.
- Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua en el área.
- Fomentar, aplicar y sostener 5S.
- Administrar con el equipo de entrenamiento, la matriz de habilidades de los operadores de producción y asegurar los entrenamientos de operadores especialistas o actividades especiales.
- Coordinar actividades con los equipos de soporte (Mantenimiento, Procesos y Calidad) - Participar activamente en resolución de problemas, para temas de Seguridad, Calidad o Productividad.
- Tomar acciones para segregar material rechazado, en el área o área de ensamble.
- Asegurar que los procesos se cumplan de forma estandarizada.
- Llevar a cabo la pre-nómina y asegurar el pago correcto del personal de producción.
