**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage rework & quality inspection area process to send the best tractor to the field.
Be able to manage 2 areas, production & quality.
Be able to work with multidisciplinary team to share material tracking and tractors delivery and meet OpxS metric.
- Manage BHLDs & tools in repair area.
- Monitor over time & employee performance rework & quality area.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Lead rework & quality inspection area.
- Manage tractors with FIFO & material tracking with multidisciplinary team.
- Delivery follow up tractors & repair status in a daily basis.
- Lead daily meetings with all the team in order to track security, quality, delivery & efficiency.
- Create plans & strategy in order to improve efficiency.
- Manage 2 product lines UT & MID tractors.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- General knowledge in tractors or equivalent machines.
- General knowledge in hydraulic & electric.
- General knowledge Root Cause Analysis, Statistics.
- Knowledge of products, customers, markets and field usages.
- Knowledge of data information, managing & distribution.
- Effective communication skills.
- Consistently execution of the process.
- SAP.
**Education**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
