Supervisor Sr. De Pre Construcción

**Position Purpose**This position is responsible for coordinating all executive, electrical, HVAC projects, internal guidelines, project specifications, meeting deadlines and resolving architectural issues, ensuring quality of deliverables"**Primary Accountabilities**- Coordinate and priorizite the activities of the design team in order to complain the given dead lines.- Coordinate and review information that is shared with the other teams in the StoreDev Department and external collaborators.- Review and solve architectural problems, to be able to send all the necessary information for the construction of new stores- Coordinate the negotiations and the payment information that is shared with external specialists- Monitoring and control in site of the construction for the new stores.- Coordinate the internal design guidelines and specifications of architectural projects**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Business/ConstructionYears of Experience: Five to seven years.Type of Experience: Experince in Construction industry, with emphasis on fast track reatil constructionSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, construction estimating, and schedulingOther/Preferred: Bilingual capabilities, strong managerial skills
