Supervisor Sr. De Pre Construcción

Position Purpose This position is responsible for coordinating all executive, electrical, and HVAC projects, internal guidelines, project specifications, meeting deadlines, and resolving architectural issues, ensuring quality of deliverables.
Primary Accountabilities Coordinate and prioritize the activities of the design team in order to meet the given deadlines.Coordinate and review information that is shared with the other teams in the StoreDev Department and external collaborators.Review and solve architectural problems to be able to send all the necessary information for the construction of new stores.Coordinate the negotiations and the payment information that is shared with external specialists.Monitor and control the construction site for the new stores.Coordinate the internal design guidelines and specifications of architectural projects.Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Business/Construction
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Experience in the construction industry, with emphasis on fast-track retail construction.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, construction estimating, and scheduling.
Other/Preferred: Bilingual capabilities, strong managerial skills.
