**EMPRESA MAQUILADORA IMPORTANTE_****Solicita**:Supervisor Sr de Produccion****Descripción y Requisitos****Responsabilities**:- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process Flow and other information to understand the manufacturing methods.- KPI Management and Improvement Action Plans- Providing troubleshooting support to process and equipment related issues causing downtime and loss of production.- Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools and principles in continuous improvement projects, activities and every day tasks in support of business goals related to safety, quality, delivery and production.- Develop, compile and execute documentation, reports and audits, in Support of requirements and initiatives within Production area.- Management of safety and ergonomic activities in Support of providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.**Education** and **Experience** **required**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering- English preferable to 85% able to sustain a basic conversation- Personnel Management (proven experience of 5 to 7 years)- TPM, Maintenance Management, OPEX, Green Belt Desirable,- Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel, Word, Powerpoint- Core Tools: AMEF, CONTROL PLAN, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQPPuesto: Produccion - Supervisor**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
