Position PurposePerforms daily and weekly cash flow projections, reviews daily investment balances. Manages armored car company operations, reviews billing charges, and ensures the timely delivery of supply materials to the stores to deliver cash to banks on time. Supports the Brazil office in the first petty cash request and new bonds for new store openings.Primary AccountabilitiesCreate daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cash flow projections, as well as various reports related to interest projections, investments, SOFOM payments, fees, etc.Manage Mexico and Brazil bond requests, follow up with the US department and broker in Mexico, ensuring all is completed timely and accurately. This includes the delivery of the initial petty cash fund to stores.Perform the Cash Flow International report, analyzing excess cash in Mexico and Brazil presented in local currencies and USD, and prepare various reports related to fees for cost of tender acceptance, interest income, investments, etc.Supervise the Treasury Analyst in charge of updating fee reports, banking system user administration, and administration of store terminals and deposit slips.Coordinate the armored car company process, review monthly invoice charges for all cost of tender fees, and follow up with the armored car company to ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintain and follow up on store insurance annual renewals and coordinate any cases of risk management claims in stores.Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: TreasuryYears of Experience: Two to three years.Type of Experience: Experience in Treasury activities, cash flow, analysis, reporting, etc. Fluent in Spanish and English.
