Supervisor Sr. Preliminary Projects

**Job Title**:Supervisor Mr. Preliminary Projects**Position Purpose**This position is responsible for coordinating all preliminary projects, considering government requirements, analyzing the considerations projects for costs, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality of deliverables.**Primary Accountabilities**- Lead, Coordinate and prioritize the activities of the preliminary projects team in order to complain about the given deadlines.- Coordinate and review information that is received of the real state team and permits teams.- Review and solve possibles problems of topographic consideration, to be able to send all the necessary information for the cost team.- Coordinate the layouts information that is shared with the executive projects team.- Coordinate the internal design guidelines and specifications of architectural projects on the preliminary**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Business/ConstructionYears of Experience: Five to seven years.Type of Experience: Experience in Construction industry, with emphasis on fast-track retail construction.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, construction estimating, and scheduling.Other / Preferred: Bilingual capabilities, strong managerial skills.
