.**Position Purpose**Helps to coordinate and define the Merchandising annual Off Shelf strategy with Merch, Supply Chain and Operations teams. Plan, develop and implement all Off shelf exhibitions and visual merchandising programs, across the company.Manage store floor plan and ensure that all merchandise on the sales floor are displayed according to AutoZone standards.Lead and work together with cross-functional areas to create, execute, and maintain visual presentation standards across all in-store exhibitions and signages,for all the store formats. Approve or design, in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives.**Primary Accountabilities**- Develop, lead and implement an annual plan for all the rental spaces at the stores, managing the seasonal impacts and reinforce through convenient product allocation the product or category needed to support sales. This is done by the proper multifunctional work along with the Merch Directors / Category Managers & Analysis Team to create a relevant, powerful merchandising solutions for the both retail channels (DIY/COMM). Release, communicate and ensures that all Off shelf projects are met to approved sales and budget.- Manage the rental fee of prime locations by acquiring, over and above vendor funding for secondary placement and store signage. Looking / optimizing locations to display products or rent spaces for signage.- Identify opportunities to grow sales, use and evaluate reports to implement creative merchandising changes to meet sales goals. Evaluate retail information and identify risks and propose appropriate strategies to promote sales.- Supervise and coordinate the functions and projects of Planogramas specialists. Serves as a guide in special or complicated projects, ensuring the best performance of planograms specialists and avoiding errors in implementation.- Supervises and ensures that the planograms and signages projects occur on time and budget containing the appropriate information to be implemented. Also coordinate the product exit strategies, prior a new change will occur.- Builds, develops and designs an original and correct merchandising ( POG), based on a preliminary review of the categories, which involves details of the situation of the market category Vs AZ Mexico, such as: inventory, Vendor Funding for the purchase of fixtures and signage, resolution of specific exit strategies by product type, location of the category within the sales floor and adjacent of the categories. Manages and secures, through JDA Space Planning, Mainframe and Shelftag, the correct implementation of planograms, description tag, sequence, minimum, maximum, pictures and other key elements that allows an accurate communication to the stores (using ZAP Format) ; by doing this the Operations team can perform a proper implementation of the project
