Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Supervises and develops a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, including the management of performance objectives and reviews, as well as coaching and development.
Ensures all Talent Acquisition deliverables and key metrics are being met by measuring and reviewing performance regularly, reviewing bandwidth of team members, and allocating work and tasks appropriately.
Manages work related to the execution of any talent acquisition roll-out activities including but not limited to: Manager and HR trainings, interview training, vendor partnerships, career fairs, site partnership, social media outreach to ensure the Integer brand is well represented through TA activities, compliance outreach, and other recruitment events.
Responsible for tracking and performing against Talent Acquisition team and individual metrics including but not limited to: time to fill, time to hire, quality of hire, outreach, etc.
Ensures that the team adheres to policies, procedures, goals, and objectives that have been set by the business and/or TA Leadership to optimize recruitment results.
Ensures that the TA team sources candidates through all methods available to them, including targeted advertising, advanced Boolean logic applications, partnerships, social media, industry networking, key professional organizations and selective agency partnerships.
May also carry a req load of their own depending on team bandwidth.
Enhances the candidate's experience by supporting the interview process, communicating total rewards package, and providing timely and appropriate feedback to internal and external candidates.
Checks credentials (such as NDAs) as necessary and coordinates with HR Ops, Legal, and Compensation as needed when presenting offers.
Consistently monitors and ensures compliance with all Federal, State and Local Agencies. Maintains current knowledge of FLSA, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

Education & Experience:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in Corporate HR/Recruitment, Agency or Sales environment supporting multi-level recruitment or the expertly demonstrated experience to successfully carry out daily responsibilities and accountabilities.
2+ years in a leadership position managing people and/or processes.
Knowledge & Skills:
Special Skills: People management skills, and ability to coach and mentor is imperative. Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Highly collaborative team-player that strives for mutual success and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Versatile and able to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Specialized Knowledge: Skilled with using social networking applicant tracking tools (Workday preferred). Experience in using recruiting technology platforms and sourcing techniques (i.e., Boolean search logic, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Medical Device industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with OFCCP compliant recruitment practices.
Must be fluent in English.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Ability to look at a computer screen for long periods of time (8+ hours a day).
