JOB SUMMARY _

- English Conversational skills

- People management: hourly personnel
- Knowledge in some ERP: ORACLE, QAD -will be a plus, etc.

**Tier 1 Experience
- Ensure that the stocks and reliability of the materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical of the system of raw shipping warehouses.
- Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the FIFO system (first in, first out).
- Manage the human resources of his staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.
- Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.
- Participate in escalation process of any potential missed shipment or timing.
- Responsible for general housekeeping of warehouse.
- Management of customer portals.
- Management of ERP systems (QAD) in Billing, inventories, traceability, ASN modules
- Evaluation of direct and indirect personnel.
- Conducting safety talks personnel
- Carrying out LPA'S and EASE audits.
- Induction for new personnel.
- Participation in 8D'S analysis
- Administration of different warehouse locations and extensions.
- Administration of inventory location 600 and 620.
- Preparation of personnel payroll and INFOR system for maintenance orders.

Participation and coordination of annual inventories.

3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with production areas as Warehouse / Materials Supervisor
