Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.Role Responsibilities:Responsible for executing and ensuring the standards that contribute to the performance of the warehouse (SQCD).Ensure the flow and distribution of material for production.Monitor the movement of material, physical materials, and systems (ORACLE).Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating, and evaluating direct warehouse personnel.Manage logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and waste.Organize the training needs of teams.Perform activities related to safety.Coordinate efficient communication between all teams regarding shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory, and internal material handling teams.Supervise the production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on Safety (including environment), Quality, Delivery, and Costs through the elimination of different types of waste.
