Incumbent has direct supervisory responsibility of three to five employees: 3 to 5 visa clerks (FSN-6), for whom the incumbent writes evaluation reports, and coordinates on a rotational basis with 20+ contractors at any given time. Trains team members in all job elements. Provides advice and guidance to consular officers on cases deserving special attention given their complexity or unusual nature.
