.**Aufgaben**:- Supplier and Training Academy Specialist- Main Objectives- Create training schedules for Material and Procurement Department and Mexico/US Suppliers, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.- Train new hires on company policies and procedures (On boarding plan).- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training (TNA).- Recruit and train new Trainers, delegate training tasks to the new Trainers and evaluate performance.- Market company-training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.- Searching of training suppliers and quotation of external courses.- Manage the Supplier Data Base in order to schedule the training sessions.- Manage of the Supplier Academy (Facilities).- Prepare status summary for management and present.Main- 1. MB Supplier Academy MP MEX Responsible:- Organize supplier training based on the TNA (training need analysis), project timeline, MP recommendations in order for suppliers to acquire the necessary knowledge about our systems, processes and MB culture and to make sure that suppliers participate in the scheduled trainings and once the training is provided ensure training effectiveness (supplier feedback) in order to in order to provide the best training services.- 2. NA Training Academy Mexico Responsible:- Conduct training need analysis, prioritize outputs for integrating training programs. Submit training program to E4s. Obtain feedback and modify training if necessary. Create and disseminate latest version of training program. Organize and schedule training courses according to program, considering technical and teaching proposals (syllabuses) and gathering of training evidence, integrate training database and process training metrics. Prepare status summary for management and present.- 3. Supplier Academy Facilities:- Organize, scheduled and ensure the good maintenance of the facilities.- 4. Induction Plan:- Create on boarding plan for all the new MP Team Members with basic courses and information about the company and the department.- 5. Planning, coordination and realization of MP Basis Checks:- Perform at least 2 MP Basis Checks at MBMI/MP in one calendar year in order to ensure the compliance of MBMI/MP employees with MP standards, rules and requirements.**Qualifikationen**:- Qualifications- 1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.- 2. Language(s): Bilingual English + Spanish (Native or business fluent).- 3. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in training activities in the automotive industry (or comparable) International experience preferred.- 4. Technical knowledge: TNA. VDA System.- 5. Corporate Skills:- Social and networking skills.- Teamwork oriented
