**Job Description**:
**PQA** is in charge of complaint management from suppliers, is the link between plant and supplier in case of quality issue with purchased components EZRS, handles rejected material in quarantine and gives support to the PPAP process according procedures

Key Activities:

- Handles supplier quality issues
- Recording, evaluation and conclusion of the claims procedures
- Owner of the claims management process
- Ensures a continuous production flow
- Support preventive quality measures and part release
- In charge of the physical measurement of supplier parts
- Responsible for the incoming inspection

**Qualifications**:
Mechanical / Industrial engineer degree or equivalent

3+ years of experience in similar activities, Automotive industry preferred

**ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS, CONVERSATIONAL**

Solid skills/knowledge in:

- **Problem solving methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5 why's, etc.)**:

- **Knowledge in mechanical and electronic components: Drawings, Tolerances, measurement methods**:

- **Microsoft Office**:

- GD&T
- ** ISO 9000 / VDA6, AIAG, IATF 16949**:

- **SAP**:

- **PPAP** process knowledge
- Project management knowledge
- Proactive, team work and good communication skills
- Proficient presentation skills (Clearly organized presentations targeted to audience)
- Purchasing IT tools (Bekis-Q, IQS, eISIR, SRM, SupplyOn, etc)
- ** 5 S's methodology**
