Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Supplier development**:With the experts and supplier, define the improvement plan that will make it possible to meet objectivesImplement the detailed improvement plan and define governance in order to achieve the set objectivesEnsure that the business relationship with the supplier is maintained during the projectEnsure the sustainability of the implemented process improvements, basic tools and management principles after the project's end**Supplier assessments**:Initiate supplier assessment with new and current suppliersSupport supplier training, challenge the self assessments and realise on site supplier audit**Capacity analysis**:With support of planning secure supplier production capacity in regards of BRP forecastCapacity and forecast analysis to define potential risk and establish the appropriate action planManage implementation of supplier action plan in collaboration with other BRP departmentsThe supplier development department belongs to Global sourcing & Quality, and both are located Valcourt QC.The team members and suppliers are in all continents / Frequent travel requiredYOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in administration or another related fieldMinimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in purchasing, quality or as an auditorMandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French); Very strong ability to adapt to change and influence othersSolid skills in coaching and mobilizing multidisciplinary teamsStrong ability to analyze, synthesize and manage prioritiesAbility to communicate with diplomacyEnergetic, responsible and self-sufficientKnowledge Business administration, technical and industrial backgroundLean manufacturing, continue improvement certification are an assetThis position is based in Juarez, Mx- Chihuahua, Mexico.Reporting in Valcourt QC, CanadaTHE ROAD SHOULD BELONG TO EVERYONE.We still live in a world where many feel the road is for other people.
