**Role Definition**
Design toolings and devices to produce cast iron products including patterns for no-bake and core boxes for cold box process, while ensuring safety and performance standards.
**What you will do (includes but not limited to)**:
- Design foundry toolings to produce cast iron products for no-bake process, including gating system, core prints, parting lines, core setting strategy and fixtures.
- Complying with safety, health, and environmental guidelines and participating in continuous improvement of the procedures while designing new tooling and fixtures.
- Pursuing improvements and innovation to eliminate change over time, and improve safety, ergonomics, and quality.
- Attending meetings for product design review to contribute ideas to facilitate manufacturability.
- Conducting project reviews with suppliers.
- Conduct on-site supplier audits and collaboration for production and projects
- Up to 50% travel
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum of 5 year of foundry tooling (design, testing, and production) experience
- Knowledge on designing foundry toolings and components on 3D CAD modeling softwares as Creo
- Knowledge on MagmaSoft simulation
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
