The Supplier Master Data Management (SMDM) Specialist will be responsible for SMDM Processes, Methods & Tools related to Supplier Life Cycle Management, Suppliers Portals, Commodity Codes, Purchasing Groups, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Communications & Trainings, Internal and External Helpdesk support and ensuring aforementioned processes, methods and tools are Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Internal Audit compliant.**Job responsibilities include but not limited to**:- Communicating and training of processes and tools to internal and external customers- Interfacing with Stellantis cross-functional departments regionally and globally- Leading processes and tools improvements- Providing excellent customer service**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field- Fluent in English Language- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management, Purchasing, or closely related relevant experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proven Leadership skills- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects- Motivate and inspire team to be effective and efficient- Soft Skills- Negotiation, listening, and team building- Analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, and delegation- Organization, time management (self and team), prioritization,- Strong MS Office Suite skills- Excel, PowerPoint, and Project**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in the Automotive Industry- Experience with SAP MMOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
