**Responsibilities**:
- Make calls to the appropriate driver in order to assign a ride.
- Contact Drivers providing information about rates and services they need to do.
- Performing Last Minute assignment.
- Assisting with internal communications with CS, QA, and other Suppliers' Sales.
- Customer Service support.
**Experience**:
- 2 years' experience working in Tourism & services sector
- Knowledge of the for-hire vehicle industry.
- Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, power point, etc).
- Able to accommodate a full-time schedule 6 days a week
- Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively
- Fast paced work environnement
- Attention to details

BASED MONTHLY SALARY $11,000 MXN + WEEKLY KPI 8,000 MXN
