**Role Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the execution of Capacity Analysis for the most important and most critical suppliers in the supply chain.
- Create and standardize the processes to obtain Recovery Plans for the most important and most critical suppliers in the supply chain.
- Define and Implement Report/Dashboard for monitoring the SOTD (On-Time & Delivery), PPM (Defects, parts per million), VMI/SA (Vendor Management Inventory & Stocking Agreement) and Capacity Plans of the suppliers that supply materials. to the CMX plants.
- Ensure the execution of Supplier Audits to ensure proper functioning and deliveries of materials.
- Coordinate and Supervise the Physical Survey of inventories of suppliers listed with VMI/SA (Vendor Management Inventory & Stocking Agreement).
**Requirements**:
- Professional training: IIS, IMA, IME, LNI, LAE or similar.
- 3 Years of experience working as a Leader in areas of Sourcing, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality and Engineering.
- Advanced English
- Project Implementation: Project Management (Related to increasing production capacities, new product lines, operational processes and logistics in general).
- Supplier audits | General, operational processes, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and logistics.
- Analysis of the root causes of the problems.
- Demand Analysis vs Production Capacities
- Coordinate the process of physically gathering supplier inventories.
- Knowledge of Dashboards (Power BI).
- Experience in Excel and SAP.
