WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Coordinate and ensure the flow of components in order to meet production planning and customer deliveries
- Supervise production demands in SAP
- Launch MRP to suppliers
- Represent the supplier to the MF team and Pierburg in general. Collect supply information to report to the FM.
- Prioritise shipments and report to FM on component supply situation
- Track performance indicators of the component logistics function, such as service rate and cost of express shipments
- Coordinate suppliers from other MFs in the absence of their managers
- Manage the transport of supplier components (normal, urgent, national, international). Select the most appropriate option within the framework given by purchasing.
**Work Location: Abadiano, Viscaya (Spain)**
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in Economics, Management or similar training with logitics knowledge
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in administrative tasks in the commercial, logistics or purchasing departments of an industrial company (is an advantage)
- Experience in Logistics planning capacity
- Knowledge in Transport management and international trade
- Knowledge of production process
- Adavenced knowledgge in office automation
- Desirable knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of production planning tools and systems
- Advanced level of Spanish and English (B2)
- Teamwork
- Ability to work autonomously
- Learning capacity
- Customer oriented
