We boldly go.**Job Summary:**:- To secure the quality of purchase components accomplishing design requirements, Production Part Approval Process._- Responsible to stablish the process and controls for Supplier Quality Assurance on the plant (Supplier Corrective Action Request & incoming inspection process, etc)._- Administrate Return to Vendor process and recovery process_**Responsibilities**:- _Coordinate incoming inspection activities._- _PPAP evaluation and approval (Production Part Approval Process) for current and new projects._- _RTV (Return to Vendor) process and RMA (Return Material Authorization) request with suppliers_- _Scrap & Non-conforming material reduction & MRB (Material Review Board) _- _Attend quality issues on the line related to quality of components including Customer complaints._- _To participate in productivity projects and supplier development activities._- _Submit recovery cost with suppliers when applies._- _Supplier evaluation._- _Coordinate with Supplier Containments, Sorting and Quality Campaigns,_**Qualifications**:- 1. Mechanical Engineering carrer or equivalent & English language fluently _- 2. GD&T knowledge (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing)_- 3. APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) process knowledge_- 4. MSA knowledge (Measurement Systems Analysis)_- 5. Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years on Quality position _**Key Competencies**:- Knowledge of Quality tools like Advance Product Quality Planning, ISO9001, Core tools._- PPAP's (Production Part Approval Process) evaluation and approval._- GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing) knowledge_- Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)_- Statistical Process Control_- Negotiation Skills_- English language fluently_We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
