Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will also showcase your expertise by managing the supplier's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This role is contributing to the Electrification team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Driving approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts, encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites.Leading in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services.Working together with buyers to engage suppliers and prepare claims cases when necessary.Ensuring required supplier development processes are thoroughly executed to drive continuous improvement of the supplier base.Qualifications for the roleBachelor´s degree in industrial, mechatronic, mechanical, electrical or similar Engineering.You are highly skilled in Knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.)Ability to demonstrate 2 – 4 years of experience in similar positions as SQDE.Experience on ISO 9001-2015 or any other Quality System (like UL).Knowledge in incoming inspection process and quality area.In charge of 4 incoming inspectors.Knowledge in SAP, Minitab and Power BI desired.You are at ease communicating in advanced English level.Proficient in Microsoft Office.What's in it for you?Feel empowered: take ownership and drive exciting results in your scope of actionBring your knowledge and expertise, make the difference in technologyBe yourself: join one or many of our Employee Resource Groups and make a difference!BenefitsRetirement planLife insuranceAccident insurancePaid and Unpaid leave opportunitiesWellbeing program
