**Supplier Quality and development Engineer (SQE/ SDE)**:

Manage operational supplier quality, on or off-site, ensuring the supplier qualification and development processes are executed in full. Drive both corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers, based on maturity and performance. Manage the supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

**This position reports to**:
Procurement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop & update new suppliers.
- SAP Ariba Update (current suppliers).
- Share Point Maintenance.
- Follow open PACs (Audits, Sustainability and Visit).
- SSBM Support for Mexico.
- Report / follow up.
- RNC - supplier meeting follow up. RNC - general follow up (mails, calls, etc).
- SQP following and qualification.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
- Experience in Logistic area in Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- 1-2 years working in similar positions. Experience of negotiating.
- Previous experience as leadership.
- Intermediate - advanced English level.
