Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Manage all SQA and SD in NA- Follows timing of new launches and ensures success and ontime PPAP's.- Monitors SQA KPI through launch and production.- Monitor Risk Assessment of supplies though APQP- Support project review meetings APQP- Maintain/improve SCM process and documentation control in his Region- Facilitate Problem solving for internal and external Supplier issues.- Support & conduct Supplier Development Engineering Activities- Support GCM meeting- Support GCM regarding sourcing strategy- Define Training plans and organizes training activities for SDE and SQA- Advise engineering department in process technical questions for new product development- Support engineering team in Supplier Preparation Meeting.- Review supplier feasibility for nominations in sourcing decisionsQualifications:Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g.Mechanical Engineer)10 years experience in related fields.Expertise in specific manufacturing process.( Die-casting, Stampings, etc..)Math skillsTime, project management skillTeam player, read prints
