**Job Description**:
- Management of supplier claims process, including timely organization of containment actions to ensure availability of certified parts.
- Follow-up of defect cost process and concessions management as per process.
- Support on PPAP process and on supplier Quality improvement programs
- Working with multidisciplinary teams
- Quality Audits with suppliers & customers as leader, participant or representative (internal and externals).
- Support with CIP projects
- Follow Compliance and applicable automotive requirements and standards
- Problem Solving
- PBI developments and update (scrap, costs, etc) and Task Force leading.
- Set up/ tracking local KPIs
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English
- Proficient knowledge in problem solving methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5 whys, ProSo, Shainin, KT, 6 sigma or equivalent)
- Core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
- Mechanical components (drawings, tolerances, measurement methods, manufacturing process)
- Intermediate knowledge in Quality standards (ISO9000, ISO/TS16.949, VDA6)
- Basic Knowledge on customer requirements
- Geometric Tolerances GD&T
- Rigorous
- Teamwork
- Organized and structured
- Analytical thinking
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Required flexibility for traveling to suppliers
- Graduated on Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Automotive industry, quality, purchased parts
- ** Movement to Queretaro or Guanajuato locations 3 days of weeks.
