The organization has 108 purchasing offices with 4400 employees managing approximately 3500 suppliers. The Plant Quality Automotive (PQA) organization is aligned and physically located within Bosch manufacturing plants.- Primary responsibilities:- Handling of supplier quality issues:- Recording, evaluation and conclusion of the claims procedures- Owner of claims management process- Initiating the reimbursement of defect cost process- Ensure continuous production flow- Issue concessions- Certify suspect material- Support preventive quality measures and part release- In charge of physical measurement of supplier parts- Safe launch activities- Responsible for incoming inspection- Taskforce / escalation management, lead and/or support after release- Additional responsibilities- Adhere to process landscape and support internal/external audits- Provide as needed communication to global stake holders to facilitate escalation management, quality alerts and lessons learned- Maintain documentation in appropriate systems (SAP, eISIR, etc.)- Support plant site safety/environmental rules and initiatives- Support PQA team, CIP activities and Policy Deployment objectives- Follow all safety The level of decision making and independent judgment this position will have- Other duties as required/assigned**Qualifications**:- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable degree- Experience in Quality Assurance in Automotive industry- Professional experience in purchasing, manufacturing, project management (desired)- Familiar with Quality Methods such as 8D, FMEA, APQP/PPAP, control plans, SPC, MSA, etc.- MS Office and SAP knowledge / Skilled- High degree of goal and result orientation- Pro-active, Independent and structured working style and ability to work under pressure- Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments- Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers- Good social, team communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and assertiveness- Fluently English language skill both written and spoken- Openness to work in a global teamAdditional Information- Advanced English Skills- Presentation Skills- SAP Knowledge- At least 5 years in automotive industry Quality Related.Get to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks:- Facebook: Bosch Talento México- Instagram: Bosch Campus México- LinkedIn: Bosch México
