We give service to internal and external clients.We are looking to hire a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer for our Location in El SaltoResponsibilities:Manage Supplier's Quality performance, components validation and Supplier's claims following corrective actions 8D reports to protect ZF production Line and Final Customer.Manage Suppliers components PPAPs cover sheets.Quality performance evaluation of suppliers.Manage SAP for quality inspections views for components reception.Coordinate supplier's meeting to analyze components issues reported.Interface with logistic team to block rejected material in SAP.Coordinate sorting activities related to components issues from suppliers.Apply Charge backs to suppliers who are responsible for quality issues.Components Warranty analysis required to suppliers.Quality Management System forms and directives update.Your profile as SQA:Experience in supplier's management.Problem Solving (8D methodology).ISO TS 16949.APQP Methodology.PPAP Methodology.GD&T reading.Core tools.Fixtures / Gauges design and manufacture.Moderate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; willing to learn company & customer systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency.Five (5) years of work experience in the automotive or similar industry.Three (3) years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: Quality Eng, project, process, development.Previous experience in assembly operations and/or painting, is desirable.VDA 6.3 experience is a plus.What We Offer:Benefits above the law.Competitive Wages.Be part of our ZF team as Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA) and apply now!Contact:Jose Luis Rodriguez+52 81 2059 2181#J-18808-Ljbffr
