And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!**_This position is based in Monterrey N.L._****About the role**:The Supplier Quality Auditor/Coordinator is responsible for conducting supplier and subcontractor audits across a large product portfolio in North America Region (US & MX) supporting our chocolate, cocoa and nuts categories. The position will ensure suppliers and co-manufactures adhere to BC's Food Safety and Quality requirements through the execution of audits, closure of NCR's and follow-up on CAPA's. This role will also support projects and activities targeted to improve supplier performance under the direction of the Supplier Quality/Subco Manager.**Key responsibilities include**:- Responsible for executing supplier and subcontractor audits for high risk and new approvals across the Mexico and United States region in accordance with BC's audit plan. Role will also assist with auditing service suppliers including wash stations and warehouses. (Approximately 30% travel)- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and outcome to suppliers/subcontractors and internal supplier quality team.- Based on the audit results, follow the corrective and preventive action plan needed to close the gaps, follow evidence provided by the supplier to finalize and close the audit.- Analyze supplier audit trends and identify areas where we can strengthen our supplier quality requirements.- Collaborate with sourcing and R&D on priority audits and approvals to support key business initiatives.- Support the Supplier Quality team with projects and initiatives targeted at improving supplier performance and reducing NCR's.- Lead critical supplier and packaging complaint investigations and corrective action responses.- Regular review with local sites on supplier performance and supplier non-conformance follow up. Perform regional trainings with local sites and sourcing on Supplier Quality procedures point of contact with Kosher Agency Rabbi, and Liaison with local sites and Kosher Agency
