**General Description**Interact with internal and external customers, plant engineers, R&D and suppliers to analyze quality concerns and follow up concern solution with parts suppliers by performing root cause analysis and validating countermeasures. Ensure timely implementation of engineering and process changes by validating supplier's parts and process.
