In this position, you will maintain quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements within the organization.What a typical day looks like:Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.Changes documentation when needed to update job instructions.Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.Consolidates and reports quality results.Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.Assists with the development and implementation of quality audits.Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective actions.Studies and recommends techniques to improve existing products and processes.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.Working knowledge of manufacturing batch records.Demonstrated advanced operations, technical, and people/process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions in assigned area.Basic understanding of manufacturing protocols, statistical tools and methodology, and continuous improvement techniques preferred.Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects.Experience within a manufacturing environment.Experience in a similar position.Advanced English mandatory.Strong leadership and project management skills.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Pantry vouchersSaving FundChristmas bonusHoliday bonusMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceJob CategoryQualityFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities
