Demonstrates and applies knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and basic knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact. Typically up to 3 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.Good Interpersonal skillsGood Verbal & Writing communication SkillsResults oriented.KNOWLEDGE AND BACKGROUND- Problem Solving Skills.- Machine/Equipment assembly- Material handling systems installation practices- Mechanical and Electrical field installation standards; Structural steel, header steel, conveyors, racking, field wiring.- High English level (speaking and writing)- SAP- Excel Advanced- Quality Orientation.- Process Documentation- Quality Standards.- International norms.
