We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Supplier Quality Engineer based in CC30 Plant, Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).
As Supplier Quality Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Engineering Tools & Process Regional Manager.
Your Task will be: Investigate quality issues on components reported at the line, supported by QE, IE, PE and materials for correct problem description.Gather information for QN Issue, Support from clerk/inspector: Supplier site ID, where-used, trace/pattern information, part history (for repeat issues).Properly word and issue QN, word and issue Lear Alert, contact supplier for notification and containment requirements.Set-up containment where required (Supplier, Plant, Warehouse / DC, customer) at supplier cost/responsibility (Commit supplier, get P.O.).Review Root Cause with supplier for open QN's. Ensure proper tools are used for real root cause determination.Assign Controlled Shipping containment levels 1 and 2 (CS-1 & CS-II) for repeat occurrences or critical issues.Consolidate non-conforming material quantities, request RMA's from supplier and manage approvals / returns.Consolidate quality costs incurred by plant for recovery from supplier. Analyze plant information, issue chargeback, submit to Finance.To be Successful in this role you will need: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.3 Years in similar positions within the automotive industry.Core Tools knowledge.Availability to Travel.Proficient with Microsoft Office.English Advanced Level.
