Reporting to the Quality Manager you as a Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible to for ensuring that the materials, components, and products supplied by vendors meet the quality standards established by the company.
About the job:
- Responsible for ensuring that the materials, components, and products supplied by vendors meet the quality standards established by the company.- Conduct periodic supplier audits to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards and regulations.- Start and follow up on Corrective Action requests and Quality alerts to suppliers.- Collaborate with suppliers to quickly resolve raw material quality issues.- Coordinate activities for the approval of new or changed parts.- Follow up on materials purchased and under quarantine.- Report supplier quality performance.- Experience in quality or related field.- Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosi
About you- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.- Two to five years of experience- Experience in audits.-
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.- Knowledge of basic and advanced statistical tools.
