To follow failures associated with supplied components (containment actions, Disposition, corrective actions, RMA)
- To follow Engineering change (CN) with suppliers.
- If needed, assure supplier meets SQA-015(PPAP requirements).
- To assure meet the internal supplier KPI.
- To analyze and communicate PPMs performance to vendors.
- To follow up supplier corrective actions and training suppliers if needed.
- Able to follow up meeting with suppliers to improve response any quality issue.
- if Visit and perform supplier's quality audits if needed.
- Able to Support REA team in case needed.
- Leadership supplier design issues and work closely with Resident engineer for corrective actions and material disposition.
- Able to score suppliers ABC and improve quality level of products according to his performance.
- To follow MQC supplier issues.
- Able to work in saving projects.
- Able to Negotiate with suppliers to have the best benefit for the business and improve response.
- Assure the properly maintaining in critical components.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree, preferably.
- Engineering Electromechanical preferable
- Green Belt certification preferable
- 2 years minimum of experience in manufacturing environment.

**Technical Competences**:

- Basic understanding of GD&T and able to read and interpret engineering drawing.
- Understanding of standard metrology equipment (optical comparator, height gages, calipers, micrometers, etc).
- Understanding of poka-yoke (mistake proofing) methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of GR&R, SPC, CPK, PPK, and process capability measurements. Able to analyze results and determine process problems with recommended actions.
- Strong knowledge Minitab.
- Must have strong computer skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. (SAP, Minitab, preferred).
- Bilingual Spanish and English (80% speaking and written) Strong knowledge of 8D tools, 5why, fishbone diagram.
