.Early Professional**A Snapshot of Your Day**The Supplier Quality & Development Organization is responsible for securing the best performing supply base in quality, reliability, and safety. In this role you will be directly supporting the Gas Services Global Customer Operations business by qualifying, monitoring, and developing liquid and gas system suppliers globally.**How You'll Make an Impact**- Supplier Qualification: Support a cross-functional team by assessing supplier capabilities, auditing supplier quality management system & processes, etc.- Product and Process Qualification: Lead cross-functional teams to perform Product and Process Qualification (PPQ) on commodity parts according to applicable process descriptions and standards. Leading includes the planning, tracking, and reporting of project milestones as well as budget and resource needs. Support the supplier quality assurance measures along the complete PPQ. Approve supplier process via submitted Manufacturing Quality Control Plan.- Perform virtual / desk inspection of international suppliers of liquid and gas supply systems (piping, valves, skids, etc.) in conjunction with source inspections performed by Supplier Quality Engineers located in the supplier region.- Perform source inspection of suppliers for liquid and gas supply systems (piping, valves, skids, etc.) in Americas region. Inspection types include dimensional, weld, coating, etc.- Identify and initiate containment on any identified non-conformances. Follow-up with corrective action as necessary.- Supplier Development: Support supplier evaluation based on regular analysis of supplier quality. Initiate and implement supplier quality improvement programs, quality root cause analysis and definition of appropriate risk mitigation measures at the supplier.- Manage various Supplier Quality & Development tools and databases. Ensure data quality and transparency.**What You Bring**- Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a similar discipline. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.- You have technical experience with liquid and gas supply systems (piping, pressure vessels, valves, skids, etc.)- At least 3 - 5 years preferred professional experience in supplier quality management or quality management.- You have extensive knowledge in welding and coating. CWI certification preferred. NACE (AMPP / FROSIO) certification preferred.- You are familiar with ASME BPV & Piping and AWS D1.1 code requirements.- You are comfortable and proficient working with a variety of databases, reporting and other digital tools.- Experience in working with virtual cross-functional teams in an international environment.- You are a self-starter, determined and self-reliant; your organization, strategic, analytical, leadership skills and intercultural expertise round up your profile
