Eaton's ES CRDS WD Wiring Devices division is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer.
**What you'll do**:Responsible to coordinate all activities related to quality raw material.
Responsible to ensure product from the different suppliers comply with material spec before releasing to the manufacturing areas.
Implement projects, develop plans and options to increase effectiveness of supplier quality systems.
Troubleshoot and solve problems relating to quality aspects with different vendors.A.
Engage the supply base as an integral part of our business in the drive for zero defects quality performance.B.
Review the daily quality issues/concerns and generate SQN's (DMR's) as need until to get implemented and verified corrective actions.C.
Visit suppliers' due production quality issues, perform audits to the quality system and CQI's every 3 years for current supplier.D.
Perform validation runs due production/supplier issues and generate deviations as needed.E.
Attend MRB meeting and give right disposition for suspected/rejected parts, requesting RMA's to sourcing team.F.
Quote, request & coordinate sorting/rework activities.G.
Calculate the PPM score.H.
Perform focus supplier process due bad supplier performance.I.
Request and follow up the open SSA's supported by Pune for existing supplier every 3 years and due focus supplier.J.
