PPAP include FAI, Material Certificates, Quality/Process Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, Process Parameter Sheet, RoHS compliance, Reliability Test, COC, etc.- Pilot Run Tracking- Hot Issue Solution and Trouble Shooting- Develops and implements procedures for new and/or improved supplier processes Provides engineering support to Receiving Inspection including statistical analysis, measurement systems analysis, Gage R&R studies and inspection procedures- Participates in supplier Quality System Improvement- Knowledge in IQ OQ PQ- Knowledge in SPC- The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Advances English- Typically requires a bachelor's degree- A Master's or MBA degree is preferred- Previous experience on medical devices Industry- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.- Validation for new projects, audits for Control plan, FMEA and NPI documentation.- What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life Insurance- EM57Job CategoryQuality**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
